Objectives of Study：

Study the beneficial effects of time-restricted feeding on metabolic health.

研究设计：

随机平行对照

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18~65岁； 2. 可按照要求定期至医院进行相应检测； 3. 能独立签署知情同意书； 4. BMI在18.5~24.9之间； 5. 既往每日进食时间段超过8小时； 6. 过去3个月体重稳定(变化值小于±10%） 

Inclusion criteria

1. aged 18 to 65 year old; 2. able to get tested in hospital at regular intervals; 3. able to sign consent independently; 4. BMI between 22.0 and 30.0 kg/m2; 5. daily feeding period more than 8 hours; 6. Stable weight (change <±10% current body weight) for 3 months prior to the study. 

排除标准：

1) 夜班工作>1次/周； 2) 经常因其他原因禁食(>16小时/次)； 3) 经常性饮酒>2次/周； 4) 妊娠，有严重胃肠道疾病、营养相关疾病，有胃肠手术史，或患有其他严重疾病； 5) 服用降压药、降糖药、激素类药物、β受体阻滞剂、肾上腺素能类药物或其他影响检测指标的药物； 6) 明确诊断高血压、糖尿病或其他代谢疾病； 7) 失眠人群。  

Exclusion criteria：

1. night shift work more than once a week; 2. taking other types of fasting in the last 8 weeks; 3. drinking alcohol more than twice a week; 4. pregnant, with gastrointestinal abnormalities or eating disorder, gastrointestinal surgery history or systematic disease; 5. taking corticosteroid drugs, beta-receptor blocker or other drugs that may affect test results; 6. diagnosed with hypertension, diabetes or other metabolic diseases; 7. insomnia.
