研究目的:

本研究旨在探讨高压力人群的大脑与认知情绪的特征,以及是否可以由常规的经颅磁刺激这一技术(已经被美国食品药品监管局于2008年批准治疗抑郁症的临床技术)改善高压力人群的认知情绪控制。  

Objectives of Study:

The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of brain and cognitive emotions in high-stress individuals and whether conventional transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), a clinical technique approved by the us food and drug administration in 2008 to treat depression, could improve cognitive emotional control in high-stress individuals.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1)因各种原因不能耐受MR扫描;
2)高压力知觉组志愿者不能耐受rTMS干预;
3)扫描过程中头部有不可校正的运动着予以排除;
4)颅内脑血管病、精神系统疾病、脑部损伤史,癫痫,或癫痫家族史,神经变性疾病;
5)MR检查禁忌症;
6)之前做过类似TMS实验。

Exclusion criteria:

1) unable to tolerate MR scan due to various reasons;
2) the volunteers in the high-stress perception group could not tolerate rTMS intervention;
3) uncorrectable head movement during scanning;
4) with history of intracranial cerebrovascular diseases, mental diseases, brain injuries, epilepsy, or family history of epilepsy, neurodegenerative diseases;
5) contraindication of MR examination;
6) accepted similar TMS experiment before.

随机方法(请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列):

利用SPSS20.0统计软件产生0~34共35个序数作为样本序号(case,0号对应中子数),以及34个均衡分布于0~1之间的原始随机数(original random),以17为一个区组产生区组号(block),将该原始随机数加上对应区组号形成处理随机数(treat random);按照处理随机数进行第一次排序;在每个区组内产生1~17的自然数,再按样本序号进行第二次排序,形成随机码(random num),将随机码按大小分成2组。

SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to generate 35 Ordinal Numbers from 0 to 34 as sample Numbers (case, 0 corresponds to the number of neutrons), and 34 original random Numbers evenly distributed between 0 and 1. 17 was taken as a block to generate the block number
