研究目的：

1、测量患者麻醉前舌骨-会厌距离，明确是否其与困难气道有相关性，绘制受试者工作特征曲线（ROC 曲线），计算舌骨-会厌距离的截断值； 2、与传统评价方式比较，舌骨-会厌距离评估困难气道的敏感性及特异性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The hyoid-epiglottic distance was measured before anesthesia, to make sure whether it was correlated with the difficult airway. The working characteristic curve (ROC curve) of the subjects was drawn, and the cut-off value of hyoid-epiglottic distance was calculated. 2, To compared with the traditional evaluation method, the sensitivity and specificity of hyoid-epiglottic distance in evaluating difficult airway was calculated.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、有头颈部畸形、结构异常情况，比如口部/颈部外伤、颈部肿瘤、声门下狭窄等；
2、确定困难气道或有清醒插管病史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Head and neck deformity, structural abnormalities, such as mouth / neck trauma, neck tumor, subglottic stenosis, etc. 2. Have a history of the difficult airway or awake intubation.
