研究目的：

观察非肥胖型NAFLD患者肠道菌群的变化；证实UDCA对非肥胖型NAFLD患者的治疗作用；分析UDCA对非肥胖型NAFLD患者肠道菌群的影响。

Objectives of Study：

The changes of intestinal flora in non-obese NAFLD patients were observed. To confirm the therapeutic effect of UDCA on non-obese NAFLD patients; to analyze the effect of UDCA on intestinal flora of non-obese NAFLD patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 疑有肝细胞癌；
2) 合并有病毒性肝炎、药物性肝损伤，自身免疫性肝病、原发性胆汁性肝硬化、肝豆状核变性；血色病以及-抗胰蛋白酶缺乏症等疾病；
3) 失代偿性肝病，有下列之一指征：血清白蛋白<33g/L；凝血酶原活动度<60%；有腹水、食道静脉曲张破裂出血和肝性脑病等病史；脾功能亢进：白细胞计数<3.5×109/L，血小板计数<80×109/L，血红蛋白<100g/L；
4) 肾功能不全：血肌酐>正常值上限1.5倍；
5) 伴有其它严重全身性疾病或感染性疾病，如：恶性肿瘤、严重心肺疾患、神经系统疾病、精神病、HIV感染、血吸虫或肝吸虫病、癫痫以及其它病毒混合感染等；
6) 血清总胆红素>34.2μmol/L；
7) 资料不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) suspected hepatocellular carcinoma;
2) complicated with viral hepatitis, drug-induced liver injury, autoimmune liver disease, primary biliary cirrhosis and hepatolenticular degeneration;Diseases such as chromopathy and - antitrypsin deficiency;
3) decompensated liver disease with one of the following indications: serum albumin < 33g/L;Prothrombin activity < 60%; There was a history of ascites, esophageal varicose vein bleeding and hepatic encephalopathy.Hypersplenism: white blood cell count < 3.5 x 10^9/L, platelet count < 80 x10^9/L, hemoglobin < 100g/L.
4) renal insufficiency: 1.5 times the upper limit of normal serum creatinine;
5) accompanied by other serious systemic diseases or infectious diseases, such as malignant tumor, serious cardiopulmonary diseases, nervous system diseases, mental diseases, HIV infection, schistosomiasis or hepatic clonorrhea, epilepsy and other virus mixed infection;
6) serum total bilirubin > 34.2 mol/L;
7) incomplete information.
