通过观察使用App是否改善癫痫自我管理评分及癫痫发作频率  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to access whether implementation of a practical intervention via a smartphone application (App) would optimize self-management and improve seizure control in adult patients with epilepsy (PWE).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) 严重智能损害、发育迟滞疾病;
(2) 其它严重神经、心理、精神疾患;
(3) 其它严重疾患（如肿瘤、外伤）;
(4) 文盲或交流困难者;
(5) 目前正在参与其它

Exclusion criteria：

1. PWE with severe intellectual and developmental impairment, neurologic diseases, psychosis, or other severe comorbidities (e.g., tumor and fracture);
2. an illiterate, patient with difficulty, or mentally incompetent;
3. PWE who are currently participating in other research.
