研究目的：

观察术前应用酒石酸布托啡诺对患者围术期麻醉相关并发症的影响，为麻醉预防镇痛管理提供医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of preoperative application of butorphanol on perioperative anaesthesia related complications in patients and provide medical evidence for Prophylactic analgesia management.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 孕妇或哺乳期妇女；
2) 对布托啡诺等阿片类药物过敏；
3) 阿片依赖或阿片耐受；
4) 术前认知功能障碍；
5) 肝肾功能异常；
6) 电解质异常；
7) 研究者认为不宜参加此临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Pregnant or lactating women;
2) Allergic to butorphanol and other opioids;
3) Opioid dependence or opioid tolerance;
4) Preoperative cognitive dysfunction;
5) Abnormal liver and kidney function;
6) Abnormal electrolyte;
7) The investigators do not consider it appropriate to participate in this clinical trial.
