研究目的：

全身麻醉后常出现肺不张,我们假设在重症监护室恢复期间结合叹息呼吸和侧位的通气策略可以减少术后肺不张。  

Objectives of Study：

Atelectasis is common after general anaesthesia. We hypothesized that a combined ventilation strategy with a combination of sigh breath and lateral position during recovery in ICU would reduce postoperative atelectasis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

妊娠期，有肺合并症且胸部摄片异常（表现为肺实质或/和间质病变）；曾接受过胸部手术（胸腔引流、开胸手术或胸腔镜）；或围手术期气胸或皮下气肿,以及任何侧位和叹息通气的禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnancy, had pulmonary comorbidities with abnormal thoracic radiography (presented as pulmonary parenchyma or/and interstitial lesions); had previously undergone thoracic procedures (thoracic drain, thoracotomy or thoracoscopy); or had recently developed pneumothorax or subcutaneous emphysema during the peri-operative period, and any contraindications to lateral position and sigh breath.
