研究目的：

在前期开发的增强现实系统基础上，利用光学标记板的方式来达到实时跟踪和动态显示的目的，并研究该系统在颅颌面骨折复位术的应用效果。通过对本课题的研究方法和成果的阐述，提供给外科医生更直观的医学信息和可操作性较强的方法导向，从而帮助医生提高手术的安全性和成功率。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the augmented reality system developed in the early stage, the purpose of real-time tracking and dynamic display is achieved by means of optical marker plate, and the application effect of the system in craniofacial fracture reduction is studied.Through the elaboration of the research methods and results of this topic, it can provide surgeons with more intuitive medical information and more operable method guidance, so as to help doctors improve the safety and success rate of surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

陈旧性骨折（骨折病史大于1个月）；复杂性修复手术患者；其他导致全麻手术禁忌的疾患；患者未行知情同意

Exclusion criteria：

1. Old fractures (fracture history > 1 month);
2. Patients undergoing complex repair surgery;
3. Other diseases that cause contraindication in general anesthesia;
4. With serious basic diseases or contraindications.
