数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

本研究纳入2014年-2018年期间接受外科手术治疗的大样本手术者数据。本项目前期数据提取申请已通过医院审核，并通过信息中心脱敏处理，包括医院His系统的电子病例数据、Lis实验室数据和手术麻醉系统数据。 在研究过程中，需从医院的His系统导出身份证号到省疾控进行死亡信息匹配，所有数据均存放在华西生物大数据中心内网上进行管理，在医院、信息中心和大数据中心周密监督管理之下，可保障数据的安全性和保密性。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

This study included data on a large sample of surgically treated patients between 2014 and 2018. The pre-project data extraction application has been examined by the hospital, and through the information center desensitization processing, including the hospital His system electronic case data, Lis laboratory data and surgical anesthesia system data. In the course of the study, it is necessary to derive the ID number from the His system of the hospital to match the death information of the province for disease control, and all the data are stored on the intranet of the West China Biological big data Center for management. Under the careful supervision and management of the hospital, the information center and the big data center, the security and confidentiality of the data can be guaranteed.
