研究目的：

研究九味清脂膏治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的疗效和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

Study on the efficacy and safety of Jiuwei Qingzhi Gao in the treatment of Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、严重酗酒（女性和女性平均每日饮酒量≥20克）男性≥30克）；
2、合并肿瘤，甲减，肾病,心脏病；
3、合并感染丙型或乙型病毒性肝炎，肝硬化失代偿；
4、自身免疫性肝炎、遗传性肝病及其他原因所致的活动性肝炎；
5、过去一年内使用与之相关的药物的NAFLD，包括胺碘酮，丙戊酸钠，他莫昔芬，甲氨蝶呤，皮质类固醇或抗逆转录病毒药物；
6、ALT>500U/L或AST>500U/L；
7、糖化血红蛋白>8%；
8、妊娠。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe alcoholism (average daily intake of alcohol for women and women (> 20 g) and male (> 30 g);
2. Complicated with tumors, hypothyroidism, nephropathy, heart disease;
3. Complicated infection with viral hepatitis C or B, decompensated cirrhosis;
4. Active hepatitis caused by autoimmune hepatitis, hereditary liver disease and other causes;
5. NAFLD induced by drugs used in the past year, includes amiodarone, sodium valproate, tamoxifen, methotrexate, corticosteroids or antiretroviral agents;
6. ALT>500U/L or AST>500U/L;
7. Glycated hemoglobin > 8%.
8. Pregnancy.
