研究目的：

本研究旨在评估聚乙二醇联合应用绿茶改善肠镜前肠道准备的有效性研究  

Objectives of Study：

This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of concomitant use of green tea(GT) with PEG in bowel preparation prior to colonoscopy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

治疗方案：患者同意参与本研究，并符合入排标准，在签署知情同意后随机分成实验组和对照组。 所有患者指导流质饮食3天。分入PEG+GT组（实验组）的患者肠镜前给予2L 聚乙二醇（PEG）溶液+1L绿茶溶液，而对照组仅给予2L PEG溶液+1L清水用来作为肠道准备。检查前一天晚上10点以后所有患者不允许进食，只允许饮水。实验要求他们在检查当日6-11点服用药物。所有的肠镜检查在下午12-3点进行。肠镜检查医生不允许和患者在检查时讨论药物相关换题以保持盲法实施。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Patients who consented to participate our study and fulfilled the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned into either the experimental or control group. All patients were instructed to adhere to a low-residue diet for 3 days. Patients who were allocated into the PEG+GT group (experimental group) received a total of 2L PEG solution plus 1L GT liquids, while patients in PEG (control group) administered 2L PEG solution plus 1L clear water for the bowel preparation. All patients were not allowed to consume anything but water after 10pm the day before the exam. They were instructed to intake the medication between 6-11am on the day of colonoscopy. All colonoscopies were performed between 12pm and 3pm. Staff members performing the colonoscopy were not allowed to interact with patients about drug-related activities before or during procedures to ensure the blinding maintenance.  

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

⑴.无饮茶习惯或对茶不能耐受者；
⑵.合并严重的急性感染，并且未被控制的；或有化脓性和慢性感染，伤口迁延不愈者；合并有心、肝、肾和造血系统等严重疾病者；
⑶.既往有腹部手术史患者
⑷.孕妇、哺乳期女性、精神病患者；
⑶.无基础疾病史，如:患有严重心、脑、肾、肝等疾病；
⑷.无腹部手术史的患者
⑸.无消化道大出血或消化道狭窄的患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. No drinking tea habit or can't endure the tastes of green tea;
2. With uncontrollable acute or intractable chronic infections or unhealed wounds, presented with gastrointestinal bleeding, gastrointestinal stenosis or bowel obstruction, with comorbidities as severe cardiovascular, liver, kidney or hematopoietic system failure;
3. Histories of abdominal surgery;
4. With severe comorbidities;
5. With history of abdominal surgeries;
6. major bleeding and stenosis of digestive tract.
