研究目的：

本研究将以接受手术切除的非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象，旨在通过比较同一病灶内部、原发灶和转移灶之间、以及组织与血浆样本之间基因组变异的空间异质性，进一步结合血浆ctDNA动态监测肿瘤基因组变异的时间异质性。最后，结合大数据进行肿瘤进化建模，并结合预后、耐药等临床信息尝试建立肺癌进化模式。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to investigate the temporal heterogeneity of genomic variation in patients with resected non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) by comparing the spatial heterogeneity of genomic variation within the same lesion, between primary and metastatic lesions, and between tissue and plasma samples, which was further monitored with plasma ctDNA. Finally, we attempt to establish the evolution model of lung cancer based on large data and clinical information.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.无法获取组织及血液样本的患者，血液样本应至少包括术前（d0）及术后d7两个时间点；
2.目前酗酒或药物滥用患者；
3.妊娠（用药前妊娠检测阳性）或正在哺乳的女性；
4.具有临床意义的活动性感染或任何形式的急性疾病；
5.患者有其他肿瘤病史或入组前曾接受过抗肿瘤治疗；
6.估计患者参加本临床研究的依从性不足；
7.既往4周内接受过其它药物临床试验治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1.For patients who are unable to obtain tissue and blood samples, blood samples should include at least two time points: pre-operative (d0) and post-operative (d7);
2.Current alcoholics or drug abusers;
3.pregnant women, women planning to become pregnant, or women who are breast feeding should not participate in the study;
4.Active infections of clinical significance or any form of acute disease;
5.The patient had a history of other tumors or had received antineoplastic treatment before admission.
6.It is estimated that patients' compliance to participate in this clinical study is insufficient.
7.Received other drug clinical trials in the past 4 weeks.
