DNA Methylation as a Biomarker for Cervical Adenocarcinoma Detection and Prognosis Monitoring and compared the Treatment of locally advanced adenocarcinoma cervical cancer with or without neoadjuvant chemo-radiation therapy prior to surgery

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并其他恶性肿瘤；2.既往放化疗史；3.严重慢性疾病

Exclusion criteria：

(1) secondary malignancies;
(2) previous history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy;
(3) serious active and uncontrolled infection and/or serious concomitant systemic disorders or psychiatric diseases.
