探讨脐带间充质干细胞移植治疗卵巢早衰的安全性和有效性，为临床治疗卵巢早衰探索新的治疗方式  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the safety and effectiveness of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell transplantation in the treatment of premature ovarian failure

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）HIV阳性；2）多囊卵巢综合征； 3）由于卵巢手术导致的早衰； 4）恶性肿瘤或者肿瘤标志物高患者；5）严重心功能障碍患者； 6）患者或其监护人不能或不愿意签署知情同意书

Exclusion criteria：

1) HIV positive;
2) polycystic ovary syndrome;
3) premature failure due to ovarian surgery;
4) patients with malignant tumor or high tumor markers;
5) severe cardiac dysfunction;
6) patients or their guardians unable or unwilling to sign informed consent.
