评价脐带干细胞能否改善男性迟发性性腺功能减退症患者的勃起功能和其他衰老相关指标。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate whether umbilical cord stem cells can improve erectile function and other sense-related indicators in men with tardive hypogonadism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.ALT大于ULR 2.5倍或TBIL大于ULR 1.5倍；
2.血肌酐大于133μmol/L；
3.HBA1c ≤9%；
4.有恶性肿瘤的家族史或既往史或现病史；
5.过敏体质；
6.有精神病史、药物/酒精滥用史；
7.3个月内存在不稳定心、脑血管疾病；
8.3个月内参加过其他临床试验；
9.3个月内服用磷酸二酯酶抑制剂或其他改善性功能药物；

Exclusion criteria：

1. ALT 2.5 times larger than ULR or TBIL is 1.5 times larger than ULR;
2. serum creatinine > 133 mol/L;
3. HBA1c ≤9%;
4. A family history or past or present history of a malignant tumor;
5. Allergic constitution;A history of mental illness and drug or alcohol abuse;
6. Unstable cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases existed within 3 months;
7. Participated in other clinical trials within 3 months;
8. Taking phosphodiesterase inhibitors or other drugs to improve sexual function within 3 months.
