Objectives of Study：

investigate the clinical value of procalcitonin in the diagnosis and prognosis of patients with ICU

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a)入住ICU＜24小时患者；
b)患有甲状腺肿瘤患者；
c)患者无自主行为能力且无法找到法定代理人签署签署知情同意书患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. stay in ICU over 24 hours;
2. patients with thyroid tumors;
3. the patient has no autonomy and can not find a legal representative to sign the informed consent form.
