研究目的：

1,观察CD22-CAR T细胞对接受CD19-CAR T 细胞治疗后复发的急性淋巴细胞白血病和淋巴瘤的缓解率（CR、PR）和总生存期（ OS）、无病生存期（EFS）。 2，评估CD22-CAR T细胞对接受CD19-CAR T 细胞治疗后复发的急性淋巴细胞白血病和淋巴瘤的安全性，CRS发生率，神经系统毒性发生率和复发率。 3，观察病人CAR T细胞治疗前后粪便的菌群变化。4，通过IGH测序寻找突变细胞克隆，探索CAR-T细胞治疗复发机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the remission rate (CR, PR) and overall survival (OS), disease-free survival (EFS) of CD22-CAR T cells in acute lymphoblastic leukemia and lymphoma recurred after CD19-CAR T cells therapy; 2. To evaluate the safety,CRS rate ,neurotoxicity and recurrence rate of CD22 CAR T cells in acute lymphoblastic leukemia and lymphoma recurrences after CD19-CAR T cells therapy; 3. To observe the changes of fecal flora in patients before and after CAR T cell therapy; 4. Mutant cell clones were searched by IGH sequencing to explore the mechanism of CAR-T cell therapy for recurrence.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）具有癫痫病史或其他中枢神经系统疾病者；
2）具有移植物抗宿主反应，需要使用免疫抑制剂者；
3）既往有QT期间延长或严重心脏疾病者；：
4）活动性乙型肝炎或丙型肝炎病毒感染者；
5）艾滋病病毒感染者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients with the history of epilepsy or other CNS disease;
2. patiets with GVHD who need immunosuppressive agents;
3. Patients with prolonged QT interval time or severe heart disease;
4. Patients with active hepatitis B or C infection;
5. patients with HIV infection.
