研究目的：

（1）利用结构光扫描重建的人面部三维模型研究拔除四颗智齿后面部软组织体积的定量改变。 （2）利用超声、CBCT对咬肌、皮肤及牙槽骨体积的测量，初步分析拔除智齿后面部硬组织体积改变，并分析软组织的体积改变可能的原因。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) utilizing three-dimensional reconstruction of human face by structural light scanning to decide quantitative facial soft tissue volume change after four wisdom teeth extraction; (2) utilizing ultrasonic and CBCT to measure the volume of the masseter, skin and alveolar bone to study the possible volume change of the hard tissue after wisdom teeth extraction and reveal the possible mechanism of soft tissue change.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

无先天畸形
未接受正畸、正颌、面部整形治疗
牙周健康
智齿区域无冠周炎导致的严重的骨吸收，无大面积根尖周病变
排除孕期或研究期间准备怀孕的妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. No congenital malformations;
2. Received no orthodontics, orthognathic surgery and facial plastic surgery;
3. Periodontal healthy;
4. In the wisdom tooth area, no severe bone resorption caused by pericoronitis of the wisdom tooth, and no large periapical lesions;
5. Women who are pregnant or prepare for pregnancy during the study period.
