研究目的：

对比观察右美托咪定对保留自主呼吸七氟醚吸入诱导置入BlockBuster喉罩ED50及喉罩置入条件分级的影响，为肥胖患者保留自主呼吸吸入诱导置入喉罩提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of dexmetomidine on the ED50 of sevoflurane and the grading of conditions for LMA insertion induced by sevoflurane with spontaneous breathing in obese patients, to provide a theoretical basis for spontaneous breathing inhalation induction for LMA insertion in obese patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①未控制的高血压，心肌梗死，缺血性心肌病，心动过缓或服用β受体阻滞剂者；②张口度＜3cm，颈部放射损伤或肿瘤，颈椎不稳定的患者；③上气道疾患，如占位、2周内有上呼吸道感染史，或有出血倾向；④对丙泊酚或七氟醚过敏者；⑤高反流误吸风险。

Exclusion criteria：

1. uncontrolled high blood pressure, myocardial infarction, ischemic cardiomyopathy, bradycardia or taking beta-blockers;
2. cases of mouth <3cm, neck injury or tumor, unstable cervical spine;
3. Airway disorders, such as occupancy, history of upper respiratory tract infection within 2 weeks, or bleeding tendency;
4. allergic to propofol or sevoflurane;
5. risk of high reflux aspiration.
