研究目的：

利用AI程序自动纠错的能力将大量已报告阳性淋巴结转移的胃癌上腹部增强图像输入我们的智能程序中，通过它的内部深度学习、自动纠错、图像记忆产生它自己的判断阈值，从而完成我们Faster R-CNN胃癌转移淋巴结自动识别系统的建立。并通过对新的数据进行单盲测试，获得准确率评估。最后应用此系统回顾性分析200例病人的淋巴结转移及预后生存期分析。  

Objectives of Study：

The ability to use the AI program to correct the error automatically enters a large number of upper abdominal enhanced images of gastric cancer with reported positive lymph node metastases into our intelligent program. Through its internal depth learning, automatic error correction, and image memory to produce its own judgment threshold, our Faster R-CNN gastric metastasis lymph node automatic recognition system is completed. The establishment of the system. The accuracy of the new data is evaluated by single blind test. Finally, the lymph node metastasis and survival time of 200 patients were analyzed retrospectively.

According to radiology experts, the enhanced CT image of the upper abdomen of gastric cancer with lymph node positive metastasis has been identified in the report.

指标试验（即本研究的待评估诊断试验，无论为方法、生物标志物或设备，均请列出名称）：

将全部入选的上腹部CT图像以及标识制成用于人工智能学习的二进制数据库。将二进制数据库中80%的内容以数据流的方式输入Faster-RCNN深度学习模型，深度学习模型根据输入的数据流以及教师信号，自动调整内部神经元的参数，经过反复地数据流输入与自动调整，完成人工智能的训练。
