研究目的：

通过观测临床OA患者体液及组织中 Cbfβ及相关因子表达情况，探讨其异常变化对关节软骨细胞增殖、凋亡及分化的影响，联系其可能导致关节软骨退变的机理，探讨Cbfβ对OA相关下游标记物的调控作用，及其作为早期预测诊断及分子靶向治疗标志物的可行性。

Objectives of Study：

By observing the expression of Cbf β and related factors in clinical specimens of OA patients, the effect of abnormal changes on the proliferation, apoptosis and differentiation of chondrocytes, the possible mechanism of articular cartilage degeneration, and the effect of Cbf β on the downstream markers related to OA would be discussed, The feasibility of it was used as an early marker for prediction, diagnosis and molecular targeting therapy of OA.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、肿瘤、结核等慢性消耗性疾病；
2、痛风、类风湿性关节炎等其它类型骨关节疾病；
3、先天性因素所致膝关节畸形及功能障碍；
4、患有精神类疾病不能配合研究者；
5、月经期及妊娠期妇女；
6、既往膝关节感染史及手术外伤史；
7、既往关节腔穿刺及注射治疗史；
8、激素、免疫抑制剂等药物服用史；
9、严重的系统性疾病且肝、肾功能、电解质无明显异常。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Chronic consumptive diseases such as tumors and tuberculosis;
2. Other types of bone and joint diseases such as gout and rheumatoid arthritis;
3. Congenital deformity and dysfunction of knee joint caused by congenital factors;
4. People with mental illness can't cooperate with researchers;
5. Menstrual and pregnancy women;
6. With a history of knee joint infection and surgical trauma;
7. With a history of articular cavity puncture and injection therapy;
8. With a history of drugs such as hormone free and immunosuppressive drugs;
9. With serious systemic diseases and no obvious abnormalities in liver, renal function and electrolytes.
