研究目的：

①主要目的：采用拉曼光谱原位监测皮炎程度的穴位贴敷技术，对皮炎程度与哮喘复发疗效相关性进行客观分析，评价本技术的临床有效性、安全性及实用性。优化技术参数，形成国内领先的穴位贴敷治疗哮喘专病诊疗技术指南病推广应用。 ②次要目的：通过观察三大常规，心、肝、肾功能及出现的不良事件，对其安全性作出评价。  

Objectives of Study：

Objective: To analyze the correlation between the degree of dermatitis and the curative effect of relapse of asthma, and evaluate the clinical efficacy, safety and practicability of this techniquemonitoring of dermatitis by acupoint application with Raman spectroscopy. To optimize the technical parameters,and form a leading domestic application of Acupoint Application in the treatment of asthma specialist technical guidelines. Secondary purpose: To evaluate the safety by three routine tests, including heart, liver and kidney function and adverse events.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并有其他严重的心肺疾病、支气管扩张、胸膜病变者；
2.合并有肝、肾或造血系统及精神病、恶性肿瘤患者等严重原发性疾病者；；
3.血糖未经控制的糖尿病患者；
4. 皮肤对胶布、研究药物和辅料过敏者；
5. 伤处皮肤破损者，或其他疾病影响到损伤局部用药，如皮肤病等；
6. 哺乳期、妊娠期或正准备妊娠的妇女；
7. 近3个月或正在参加其他试验研究者；
8. 根据研究者的判断、具有降低入组可能性或使入组复杂化的其他病变或情况，如工作环境经常变动等易造成失访的情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with other severe cardiopulmonary diseases, bronchiectasis and pleural lesions;
2. Patients with severe primary diseases such as liver, kidney or hematopoietic system, mental and malignant tumors;
3. Diabetics with uncontrolled blood glucose;
4. Skin allergies to adhesive tape, research medicine and excipients;
5. The injured skin or other diseases may affect the local medication, such as skin diseases;
6. Women who are lactating, gestation or preparing for pregnancy;
7. Nearly 3 months or participating in other experimental researchers;
8. According to the judgment of the researchers, other lesions or situations that have the possibility of reducing the possibility of entering the group or complicating the group, such as frequent changes in the working environment.

贴敷过程中皮炎（皮肤反应）依据皮肤反应标准，分为无皮炎组、轻度皮炎组、中度皮炎组、重度皮炎组（简称无皮炎组，轻度组，中度组，重度组）。另设健康组做为对照。依据标准，无皮炎组：贴敷处皮肤未见发红、发痒；轻度组：皮肤发红、发痒，贴敷处皮肤凸起但未发泡，或微发泡，直径小于0.5cm，少量泡液；中度组：皮肤痛、痒，不影响正常起居，水泡直径为0.5～1.0cm，泡浆饱满；重度组：皮肤痛、痒难忍，影响正常起居，水泡直径大于1.0cm，泡浆饱满。

The dermatitis (skin reaction) was divided into no dermatitis group, mild dermatitis group, moderate dermatitis group, severe dermatitis group (no dermatitis group, mild group, moderate group, severe group). Another health group was set as a control. According to the standard, no Dermatitis Group: no red and itch
