研究目的：

1. 明确人脐带血提取物对人薄型子宫内膜的治疗作用。 2. 探讨人脐带血提取物改善人薄型子宫内膜的作用机制  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the safety and efficacy of umbilical cord blood extraction on human thin endometrium; 2. To explore the regulatory function and possible mechanism of human umbilical cord blood extraction on human thin endometrium.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.含有其他不孕因素;
2.既往有系统性疾病、慢性炎症、内分泌疾病、结核病史及肿瘤病史;
3.宫腔镜或B超证实有子宫内膜严重器质性疾病患者（如中度以上宫腔黏连，多发性子宫肌瘤，严重子宫内膜异位症）;
4.合并有重大身体和精神疾病（如心脏病、I或II型糖尿病、重度贫血等）不适宜开展手术者;
5.三代试管，胚胎少于2管，或胚胎质量低下者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient has other infertility factors;
2. The patient has a history of systemic disease,chronic inflammation, endocrine disease, tuberculosis and tumor;
3. Patients with severe organic diseases of the endometrium have been confirmed by hysteroscopy or transvaginal ultrasound(e.g., moderate or more severe intrauterine adhesions, multiple fibroids, severe endometriosis);
4. Combined with major physical illnesses or mental disorders, such as heart diseases, Type I or Type II diabetes mellitus, significant anemia that precludes performance of surgery;
5. PGD or PGS-ICSI-ET,people have less than 2 tubes of embryos, or embryos quality are low.
