探讨 Fruitflow（轻络素）对高胆固醇血症患者的有益作用。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the health benefits of Fruitflow? (the water-soluble tomato extract) on the risk factors of cardiovascular disease in patients with the first diagnosis of hypercholesterolemia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 血压≥160/100mmHg；
2) 血小板计数较低（全血<100 x 109/ L）；
3) 凝血酶原时间（PT）在正常参考值范围之外；
4) 近三个月内服用阿司匹林、含有阿司匹林的药物、其他可以改变血小板或凝血系统功能的药物；
5) 近一个月内服用过鱼油、月见草油补充剂；
6) 经常食用番茄、番茄酱/汁（每周≥5 天）；
7) 处于孕期或哺乳期；
8) 根据研究者判断，有下述相关疾病病史：较严重的血液系统疾病，消化系统疾病、心脏、肝脏或肾脏器质性病变、肝脏或肾脏严重功能紊乱、代谢/内分泌/神经系统疾病（通过筛选访视、辅助检查及标准血液学化验确定，包括血糖、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯、 谷丙转氨酶、 谷草转氨酶、肌酐、 尿酸、 hsCRP、同型半胱氨酸等）、神经系统疾病（如帕金森病、中风） 并伴有残留损伤、眩晕。
9) 月经周期异常，服用避孕药或激素替代疗法；或更年期的女性。
10) 不适合静脉采血的人员；
11) 对番茄及其成分过敏。
12) 已知的 HIV 病史或活动性 HCV/HBV 感染或不可控活动性全身感染；
13) 第一次服用研究产品的三个月内参与过或正在参与其他临床试验；
14) 无法正确回答问卷问题；
15) 无法遵循试验程序。

Exclusion criteria：

1. blood pressure ≥ 160/100mmHg;
2. Low platelet count (whole blood <100 x 10^9/L);
3. the prothrombin time (PT) was outside the normal reference range;
4. in the past three months, aspirin, aspirin-containing drugs, other drugs that can alter platelet or coagulation system function, etc.;
5. the fish oil and evening primrose oil supplements were taken within the last month;
6. regular consumption of tomatoes, tomato sauce/juice (≥5 days per week);
7. severe functional disorder or organic diseases of the heart, liver or kidney;
8. pregnant or lactating women;
9. Abnormal menstrual cycle, taking birth control pills or hormone replacement therapy; or menopausal syndrome women;
10. persons who are not suitable for venous blood collection;
11. allergies to tomato and its ingredients;
12. Known history of HIV or active HCV/HBV infection or any uncontrolled active systemic infection;
13. Currently participating or having participated in another clinical trial in the three previous months;
14. Unable to carry out functional tests and questionnaires correctly.
