1) find reliable spectral parameters that can reflect the stability of carotid atherosclerotic plaques. 2) provide theoretical basis for early detection of atherosclerotic plaques, evaluation of plaque stability and search for more specific and sensitive indicators.

急性冠脉综合征或急性脑缺血性疾病患者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with acute coronary syndrome or acute cerebral ischemic disease.
