研究目的：

1）阐明脑卒中偏瘫上肢屈肌痉挛程度与平衡稳定性的关系； 2）探讨偏瘫上肢不同限制方式对上肢屈曲痉挛程度、平衡功能的影响；  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the relationships of upper extremity flexor pattern and balance stability; 2. to study different limited methods on spasticity of upper extremity and balance function of stroke patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①认知障碍或意识障碍，不能接受动作性指令者；②有肥胖，BMI＞28；③有糖尿病病史；④其他神经、肌肉骨骼系统疾病，如：帕金森病、多发性硬化等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. cognitive damage without understanding the verbral command;
2. BMI>28;
3. Diabetes;
4. other neurological or musculskeletal disease,such as PD, MS.
