研究目的:

1)阐明脑卒中偏瘫上肢屈肌痉挛程度与平衡稳定性的关系; 2)探讨偏瘫上肢不同限制方式对上肢屈曲痉挛程度、平衡功能的影响;  

Objectives of Study:

1. To explore the relationships of upper extremity flexor pattern and balance stability; 2. to study different limited methods on spasticity of upper extremity and balance function of stroke patients.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

①认知障碍或意识障碍,不能接受动作性指令者;②有肥胖,BMI>28;③有糖尿病病史;④其他神经、肌肉骨骼系统疾病,如:帕金森病、多发性硬化等。

Exclusion criteria:

1. cognitive damage without understanding the verbral command;
2. BMI>28;
3. Diabetes;
4. other neurological or musculskeletal disease,such as PD, MS.
