研究目的：

评价庆大霉素外用治疗无义突变所致遗传性皮肤病，如鱼鳞病，遗传性大疱性表皮松解症，着色性干皮病，掌跖角化病等遗传性皮肤病的有效性、安全性。

Objectives of Study：

Evaluating the effectiveness and safety of topical gentamicin treatment of Genodermatosis caused by nonsense mutations, such as ichthyosis,Epidermolysis bullosa dystrophica, dermatological dermatosis, palmoplantar keratoses and other hereditary dermatoses.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

治疗方案：每例患者进行每日一次庆大霉素乳膏于患处（双侧对比，一侧用药，一侧安慰剂）涂抹（Day 1- Day 30），前后对照。 1）名称：庆大霉素乳膏。 2）来源：新华医院药剂科。 3）成分：硫酸庆大霉素，单硬脂酸甘油酯，硬脂酸，轻质液状石蜡，十二烷基硫酸钠，三乙醇胺，甘油，月桂氮卓酮，羟苯乙酯，蒸馏水。 4）规格：0.03%，0.1%，0.3% 5）用法：外用 6）疗程：每日一次，维持30天。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Treatment regimen: Each patient was given gentamicin ointment once daily (Day 1 to Day 30), with before and after contrast (bilateral contrast, one-side treatment, one side placebo). 1) Name: Gentamycin ointment. 2) Source: Xinhua Hospital Pharmacy. 3) Ingredients: gentamicin sulfate, glyceryl monostearate, stearic acid, light liquid paraffin, sodium lauryl sulfate, triethanolamine, glycerol, laurel, phenethyl, distilled water. 4) Specifications: 0.03%, 0.1%, 0.3% 5) Usage: external use 6) treatment: once daily for 30 days.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 对拟使用药物中的任何成分，有过敏史的患者。
2）对青霉素、氨基糖苷类过敏的患者；
3）有支气管哮喘病史的患者。
4）有急性感染体征的患者。
5）有HIV，HBV，HCV等慢性感染患者。
6）有第8对脑神经损害，重症肌无力或帕金森病史。
7）哺乳期妇女，孕妇或在治疗期间有潜在怀孕可能，且拒绝避孕的患者。
8）心电图、胸片、超声、肝、肾功能异常，且存在临床意义；
9）基因筛查发现耳聋基因或存在听力受损；
10）根据研究者判断，受试者不可信或依从性差者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients who have a history of allergies to any of the ingredients to be used;
2) penicillin, aminoglycoside allergic patients;
3) Patients with a history of bronchial asthma;
4) Patients with signs of acute infection;
5) HIV, HBV, HCV and other chronic infections in patients;
6) There is a eighth cranial nerve damage, myasthenia gravis or Parkinson's disease history;
7) Lactating women, pregnant women, or those who have potential pregnancies during treatment and who refuse contraception;
8) ECG, chest radiograph, ultrasound, liver and kidney dysfunction with clinical significance;
9) gene screening found deafness genes or the presence of hearing impairment;
10) At the discretion of the investigator, the subjects were either untrustworthy or poorly compliant.
