研究目的：

通过前瞻性研究分析，探索一种在食管癌放疗期间筛查食管瘘的最佳检查方法，以便早期发现、早期治疗食管瘘，及时有效控制病情，降低死亡率  

Objectives of Study：

Through prospective study and analysis, an optimal method of screening esophageal fistula during radiotherapy for esophageal cancer is explored, so as to early detect and treat esophageal fistula, effectively control the disease and reduce the mortality rate.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

碘剂过敏、肝肾功能严重不全，以及合并活动性肺结核、多发性脊髓瘤、甲亢者；不能理解试验要求，或可能不遵从试验要求的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Iodine allergy, hepatic and renal dysfunction, combined with active tuberculosis, multiple spinal tumors, hyperthyroidism, patients who fail to understand the requirements of the trial, or may not comply with the test requirements
