观察植物甾醇和omega-3不饱和脂肪酸单用及联用对减轻非酒精性脂肪肝患者肝脏脂肪变性的改善作用

Objectives of Study：

To observe the improvement effect of phytosterol and omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids on liver steatosis of non-alcoholic fatty liver patients

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

受试者如果出现下列一个或一个以上的标准，将不得参加本研究：
妊娠或哺乳期或计划妊娠的妇女。在进行激素替代治疗的绝经期妇女。
严重的心脏、肝脏、肾脏、造血系统或消化系统疾病。
在过去6个月中有心绞痛、心肌梗塞、冠状动脉搭桥、心力衰竭或其它心血管不稳定的病史。
糖尿病、胃肠道、肾脏、肺脏、肝脏、胆囊病史，甲状腺功能低下，无自我控制能力或不能表达自己的精神疾病史。
近6个月内处于消化道溃疡活动期或消化道炎症急性发作期患者。
年龄超过65岁的消化系统疾病患者。
有妨碍走路锻炼的身体残障者。
目前正在使用干扰脂质代谢的药物，包括但不仅限于他汀类、烟碱酸、胆酸螯合剂、苯氧酸，甘蔗蜡片等。
过去4周使用任何抗高脂血症药物。
过去3个月，或在试验中将定期使用有降血脂功效的营养补充剂（如植物甾醇、omega-3鱼油、beta-葡聚糖、富含坚果的饮食、大豆蛋白、可溶性燕麦蛋白、红曲或其它有降胆固醇功能的成分)。
每天饮酒> 3 玻璃杯的红酒，或2瓶啤酒或每天1两烈酒。
受试者不能依从研究的流程。
受试者目前正在参加，或在研究开始前4周参加过其它的临床研究。
受试者退出标准
受试者如果出现牛奶过敏或不耐受的症状将在症状出现时终止研究，研究者需要被告知。最后一次服用产品，如果在过敏症状7天内的数据应该从数据分析中剔除。
受试者在研究期间发生危及生命的事件，尤其是导致治疗方案改变的情况。
受试者撤销知情同意。
申办方决定终止研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Diabetes, pregnant, cardiovascular disease, cancer, disabled, ?lactose intolerance, type of diabetes mellitus, subjects with excessive alcohol consumption (≥30 g/d in men and ≥20 g/d in women) , hepatitis B or C or other liver diseases, or if they were receiving hypoglycemic or lipid-regulating (statins, fibrates) drugs, or other drugs that may impact glucose and lipid metabolism. Other exclusion factors were diseases affecting the metabolic state or not suitable to participate in this study, for example, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, mental disease, serious disease with dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney, etc. All subjects underwent comprehensive physical examinations and routine biochemical analyses of blood.
