基于我科病例数优势以及前期工作，拟对我科相关血管化髂骨病例进行总结回顾，并对患者恢复情况进行完善随访。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the advantages of the number of cases in our department and the previous work, we plan to summarize and review the vascularized iliac crest cases in our department, and conduct complete follow-up for the recovery of patients.

对2006-2022年于我科行血管化髂骨修复颌面部缺损的病例进行回顾，总结临床数据并总结经验，并进行康复随访。

we plan to summarize and review the vascularized iliac crest cases in our department, and conduct complete follow-up for the recovery of patients.

排除标准：

腓骨移植，钛板重建等方式修复骨缺损病人。

Exclusion criteria：

Free fibular flap, reconstruction plate patients.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.通过门诊复诊及电话对患者恢复情况进行随访 利用纸质版及电子版问卷对患者术后恢复情况进行调研，包括术后供区疼痛、步态、术后并发症等情况，在收集数据的过程中对病人隐私进行严格保密。数据录入Excel文件后采用专用U盘加密保存。 2.质量控制措施 数据采集由双人进行并抽样核对，之后的数据分析亦有核查过程，最终在形成文章之前我们将核对所有收集的资料及统计的信息。 3.本研究具有重要的临床意义，所有的预后检测方法均为问卷调研且无创。患者的所有资料有严格保密措施，不会向任何第三方或个人泄露这些资料。因本研究属于基于临床数据收集的经验总结类回顾性研究，特申请豁免知情同意书。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Follow up the recovery of patients through outpatient visit and telephone The paper version and electronic version of the questionnaire were used to investigate the postoperative recovery of patients, including postoperative donor area pain, gait, postoperative complications, etc. In the process of data collection, patients' privacy was strictly kept confidential. After data input into Excel file, it is encrypted and stored on special USB flash disk. 2. Quality control measures Data collection will be conducted by two persons and sampled for verification. The subsequent data analysis will also be verified. Finally, we will check all the collected data and statistical information before forming the paper. 3. This study is of great clinical significance. All prognostic detection methods are questionnaire survey and non-invasive. All patient information is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party or individual. As this study is a retrospective study based on clinical data collection, we hereby apply for exemption from informed consent.
