研究目的：

通过临床试验，确认上海亚朋生物技术有限公司研制的同种异体肌腱用于肌腱或韧带缺损的修复与重建的安全性及有效性非劣效于对照组。

Objectives of Study：

Through clinical trials, the safety and efficacy of allogeneic tendon developed by Shanghai Yapeng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. for repair and reconstruction of tendon or ligament defects were confirmed as non-inferior to the control group.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 既往有膝关节手术史； 2. 患有严重骨关节炎（Kellgren-Lawrence 分级≥III级）、有两个及以上韧带损伤需要重建修复者； 3. 同侧肢体供体韧带缺如； 4. 病理性肥胖者（体重指数[BMI]≥40 ）； 5. 过敏体质，如有自体免疫疾病既往病史或家族史者； 6. 膝关节肿瘤、类风湿、结核、化脓及并发症影响到关节结构者； 7. 继发性膝关节炎伴有牛皮癣、梅毒性神经病褐黄病、代谢性骨病； 8. 经常使用镇静剂、安眠药、安定剂或其他成瘾性药物者； 9. 合并有心血管、脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，精神病者； 10. 不能接受术后长期繁复的康复训练者； 11. 12 个月内计划生育、哺乳期及孕期女性； 12. 精神上无能力或者不能理解参与研究的要求者，如不能表述、阅读和理解研究方案中规定的受试者主观调查表中的问题，且不能以适当的语言提供反馈信息者 13. 其它研究者认为不适合入选者，如不能进行疗效判定等

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of knee surgery; 2. Patients with severe osteoarthritis (Kellgren-Lawrence grade >= III) and two or more ligament injuries requiring reconstruction and repair; 3. Absence of ipsilateral limb donor ligament; 4. pathological obesity (body mass index [BMI] >= 40); 5. Allergies, such as past medical or family history of autoimmune diseases; 6. Knee tumors, rheumatoid disease, tuberculosis, suppurative disease and complications affecting the joint structure; 7. Secondary knee arthritis accompanied by psoriasis, syphilitic neuropathy brown yellow disease, metabolic bone disease; 8. Frequent users of sedatives, sleeping pills, tranquilizers or other addictive drugs; 9. Patients with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic systems or mental disorders; 10. Those who cannot accept long-term and complicated rehabilitation training after operation; 11. women during family planning, lactation and pregnancy within 12 months; 12. Mentally incapacitated or unable to understand the requirements of participating in the study, e.g. unable to express, read, and understand the questions in the subject subjective questionnaire specified in the study protocol, and unable to provide feedback in appropriate language 13. Other researchers considered the candidates inappropriate for inclusion, such as failing to evaluate the efficacy.
