研究目的：

1、通过基于网络平台的病例注册登记研究，系统分析真实世界中影响针刺治疗慢性腰痛临床疗效的关键因素； 2、分析针刺治疗慢性腰痛的适宜病种以及人群，挖掘治疗慢性腰痛的针刺优效疗法。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To analyse the key factors influencing the theraputic effects of acupuncture for chronic low back pain through patient registry platform; 2. To analyse the suitable diseases and patients of acupuncture for chronic low back pain, and find the optimal efficiency.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、合并有严重的全身性疾病，如心血管、肝、肾和造血系统等原发性疾病，严重的精神病患者；
2、排除因肿瘤、结核、囊肿等原因引起的腰痛患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients with severe systemic diseases, like mental diseases, primary cardiovascular dieases, liver or kidney diseases;
2. chronic low back pain patients casusing by tumor,cyst or tuberculosis.
