观察长时间七氟醚吸入麻醉对老年冠心病患者的心肌损伤标志物及血流动力学指标的影响，探讨老年冠心病患者长时间七氟醚吸入麻醉的心血管系统影响

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：已出现严重心力衰竭、心律失常者，近六月内有心肌梗死者，肝肾功能不全者，前1个月内有输血史、吸入全麻史者，有精神疾病史及术前服用激素等药物者

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: myocardial infarction in the latest six months, liver or renal insufficiency, a history of mental illness and preoperative hormones and other drugs.
