Objectives of Study：

To assess the effectiveness of Stepwise Swallowing Training in improving dvsphagia among AD patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.吞咽障碍可能是由其他的疾病原因造成的如口腔疾病食道梗阻消化道疾病或肿瘤等；
2.合并其他严重器质性疾病，无法耐受训练者；
3.听力或视力有严重障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Swallowing disorders caused by other organic diseases, such as oral disease, esophageal obstruction, digestive tract disease, tumors, or stroke;
2. Complications such as other serious somatic diseases that are not suitable for practicing swallowing exercises;
3. Serious impairment in hearing or vision, which may hinder following instructions.
