Objectives of Study：

To observe the efficacy and safety of cotransplantation of haploidentical peripheral blood stem cells and mesenchymal stem cells for acute leukemia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）年龄＜14岁、＞55岁的白血病患者；
（2）原发病未缓解；
（3）心肝肺肾等主要脏器功能不全；
（4）有精神疾患者；
（5）妊娠的白血病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients aged 14~55 years old;
2. Patients don't achieve remission;
3. Patients with heart,lung or kidney dysfunction;
4. Patients with mental disorders;
5. Pregnancy patients with leukemia.
