研究目的：

探索经颅磁刺激治疗慢性耳鸣的疗效分析  

Objectives of Study：

We investigated the factors that contribute to suppression of tinnitus after low-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) for chronic tinnitus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）患者脑内靠近刺激线圈处有金属材料；
2）心脏内有金属支架或导线、心脏起搏器安装者；
3）有癫痫发作风险：脑器质性疾病史、脑部外伤史、头部手术史、特发性癫痫、近期服用三环类等降低痫性发作阈值药物、严重酗酒及使用神经兴奋性药物者、颅内压增高者。
4）耳内助听器佩戴者、人工耳蜗植入患者；
5）癫痫家族史、癫痫发作史；
6）电抽搐治疗史；

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with cardiac pacemakers, history of seizures, suspected diagnosis of organic brain damage or any other severe somatic, neurologic, or psychiatric diagnosis were excluded.
