研究目的：

探索CO2点阵激光联合激素透皮给药治疗严重慢性手湿疹的临床疗效。比较其与传统激素封包疗法、口服维甲酸类药物、外用本维莫德的疗效、复发率与安全性；通过本研究，建立严重慢性手湿疹治疗的新方法，以提高患者的生活质量，为慢性手湿疹的治疗指南提供依据。

Objectives of Study：

Explore the clinical efficacy of fractional CO2 laser combined with hormone transdermal administration in the treatment of severe chronic hand eczema.To compare its efficacy, recurrence rate and safety with traditional topical hormone therapy, oral retinoids and topical benvitimod.Through this study, new methods for the treatment of severe chronic hand eczema were established to improve patient quality of life and provide guidelines for the treatment of chronic hand eczema.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.皮损局部有液体渗出或合并活动的细菌、病毒或真菌感染者； 2.已知对卤米松及化学结构类似药物有过敏史者； 3.有严重心、肝、肾功能损害及严重免疫功能低下的患者； 4.手部合并银屑病、扁平苔藓等其他皮肤病。 5.正在使用影响治疗的其它药物或可能干扰本研究评价的药物应用者； 6.治疗前8周内系统应用过皮质激素、维甲酸类及免疫抑制剂者； 7.治疗前2周内局部应用过皮质激素、维甲酸类及非甾体抗炎药物； 8.治疗前8周内应用过物理治疗如光疗、超声治疗或激光治疗； 9.妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Active bacterial, viral, or fungal infections at the lesion site with exudation or discharge. 2. Known hypersensitivity to halomethasone or structurally similar drugs. 3. Patients with severe impairment of cardiac, hepatic, renal function or severe immunodeficiency. 4. Hand coexistence with psoriasis, lichen planus, or other dermatological disorders. 5. Current use of medications that may interfere with treatment efficacy or study assessments. 6. Systemic administration of corticosteroids, retinoids, or immunosuppressants within 8 weeks prior to treatment. 7. Topical application of corticosteroids, retinoids, or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) within 2 weeks prior to treatment. 8. Receipt of physical therapies (e.g., phototherapy, ultrasound, or laser therapy) within 8 weeks prior to treatment. 9. Pregnant or lactating women.
