研究目的：

1.评价所有结直肠癌住院患者的VTE发生情况，评估VTE发生危险因素，验证包括Caprini、Padua、Khorana、COMPASS-CAT、Vienna CATS、PROTECHT和CONKO的多个VTE-RAM的有效性。 2.将血液学参数加入到Caprini-RAM中，优化风险评估模型，重新计算风险分层阈值，尤其是提高诊断模型的特异性，降低模型对高风险人群的误诊率。 3.评价所有结直肠癌住院患者的出血事件发生情况，评估出血发生危险因素，了解出血事件与抗凝预防相互关系。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the occurrence of VTE in all hospitalized patients with colorectal cancer, assess the risk factors for VTE, and verify the effectiveness of multiple VTE-RAMs including Caprini, Padua, Khorana, COMPASS-CAT, Vienna CATS, PROTECHT and CONKO. 2. Add hematological parameters to Caprini-RAM, optimize the risk assessment model, and recalculate the risk stratification threshold, especially to improve the specificity of the diagnostic model and reduce the misdiagnosis rate of the model for high-risk populations. 3. To evaluate the occurrence of bleeding events in all hospitalized patients with colorectal cancer, assess the risk factors for bleeding, and understand the relationship between bleeding events and anticoagulation prevention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 单纯因诊断性检查或血液透析而入院的患者。
2. 因疾病需要进行治疗性抗凝，如急性心肌梗塞等。但不包括住院期间新发现的VTE。
3. 因VTE而入院接受治疗的患者。
4. 处于妊娠期的患者。
5. 因慢性病而不是急性内科疾病而住院的患者。
6. 以下病房收治的住院患者：精神病科、儿科、姑息治疗科、产科、耳鼻喉科病房、烧伤病房、皮肤病科、眼科、康复中心/病房。
7. 入院时患者明确拒绝参加任何研究，拒绝任何研究使用其住院信息。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients admitted to hospital solely for diagnostic testing or hemodialysis.
2. Therapeutic anticoagulation is required due to disease, such as acute myocardial infarction. However, newly discovered VTE during hospitalization was not included.
3. Patients admitted to hospital for VTE.
4. Patients in pregnancy.
5. Patients hospitalized for chronic rather than acute medical conditions.
6. Inpatients admitted to the following wards: Psychiatry, Pediatrics, Palliative Care, Obstetrics, ENT, Burns, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Rehabilitation Center/ward.
7. The patient expressly refuses to participate in any study at the time of admission and refuses any study to use his hospitalization information.
