研究目的：

本研究对行非心脏手术的高血压患者进行回顾性分析，探讨非心脏手术后AKI 与术中平均动脉压的关系，为预防高血压患者非心脏手术后 AKI 提供重要理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study retrospectively analyzed the hypertensive patients who underwent non-cardiac surgery to explore the relationship between post-cardiac AKI and intraoperative mean arterial pressure, so as to provide an important theoretical basis for the prevention of post-cardiac AKI in hypertensive patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 术前基线平均动脉压小于 65 mmHg；
2. 进行体外循环支持的心脏手术；
3. 手术时长小于 60 分钟。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative mean arterial pressure was less than 65 mmHg;
2. Cardiac surgery supported by cardiopulmonary bypass;
3. The operation duration is less than 60 minutes.
