研究目的：

比较不同血压控制水平下，联合限制性输液对老年患者腰椎手术中出血量、全身氧代谢指标以及肾功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Compare different levels of blood pressure control group with restrictive transfusion to the effect of intraoperative blood loss,systemic oxygen metabolism and renal function in elderly patients with lumbar fusion

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前血压SBP≥160mmHg 或DBP≥100mmHg或脉压≥60mmHg;
2.有严重心血管疾病：心功能分级Ⅲ或Ⅳ、重度主动脉瓣狭窄、主动脉瓣关闭不全、严重冠心病、心动过缓、I 度以上房室传导阻滞;
3.有脑梗塞、阿尔海默茨或脑血管意外病史;
4.有肝肾功能不全；
5.有严重贫血、休克、低血容量或呼吸功能不全;
6.既往有过静脉炎和/或血栓形成病史、闭角性青光眼;
7.BMI>25或<18;
8.术中失血量>1500ml;
9.手术时间>4h。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Preoperative blood pressure SBP>=160mmHg or DBP>=100mmHg or pulse pressure >=60mmHg;
2. serious cardiovascular disease: NYHA III or IV, severe aortic stenosis, aortic regurgitation, severe coronary artery disease, bradycardia, I degree or above atrioventricular block;
3. history of cerebral infarction, cerebrovascular accident or Alzheimer disease;
4. liver and kidney dysfunction;
5. severe anemia, shock, hypovolemic or respiratory insufficiency;
6. history of phlebitis and / or thrombosis, angle-closure glaucoma;
7. BMI> 25 or <18;
8. intraoperative blood loss> 1500ml;
9. operative time> 4h.
