研究目的：

本研究旨在明确家庭康复训练方案是否可以改善介入术后先心病儿童运动能力，并改善家长的焦虑状态、生活质量和护理负担  

Objectives of Study：

to identify the effectiveness of a home-based exercise program to improve the motor function of children within CHD with cardiac catheterization, and to reduce parental anxiety and parenting burden, and improve quality of life for parents whose children are diagnosed within CHD with cardiac catheterization through the program.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)心律失常；
(2)合并遗传性疾病；
(3)其他先天性畸形的疾病；
(4)肝、肾功能障碍；
(5)改良Ross心功能评级≥3级；
(6)除心脏介入术外的其他心脏手术史；
(7)其他脏器的手术史；
(8)康复治疗史；
(9)由患儿家长或主治医师确定不能参与研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. arrhythmia;
2. combined with other genetic disorders;
3. other congenital deformities;
4. liver or kidney diseases;
5. heart failure with a modified Ross score of 3 points or more;
6. history of surgery of heart except cardiac catheterization;
7. operation for other organs;
8. previous rehabilitation treatment;
9. illnesses that may preclude the child from participation in the study as identified by the study physician.
