研究目的：

主要目的：通过对游离腓骨瓣及纵向骨搬运在治疗胫骨缺损中对比研究，针对不同人群，总结出个体化、精准化治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: Through the comparative study of free fibular flap and longitudinal bone transfer in the treatment of tibial defects, for different populations, to summarize individualized and precise treatment plans.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.胫骨仅一侧骨皮质缺损，通过不带血供植骨可以治疗者；
2.整段胫骨缺损无法重建者；
3.下肢骨缺损伴有血管神经损伤需要截肢；
4.依从性差不配合治疗或拒绝随访。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Only one side of tibial cortical defect can be treated by bone graft without blood supply;
2. The whole tibial defect could not be reconstructed;
3. Lower limb bone defect with vascular and nerve injury needs amputation;
4. Poor compliance, failure to cooperate with treatment or refusal to follow up.
