研究目的：

甲状腺乳头状癌最常见，恶性度也最低。约占甲状腺癌的85%，任何年龄均可发病，多见于儿童或年轻（40岁前）女性。本研究对进行甲状腺乳头状癌切手术的患者进行术前术后免疫力分析评估，以进行免疫力检查，改进术后免疫力提升方法，提高患者的生存期，改善生活质量。  

Objectives of Study：

Papillary thyroid carcinoma is the most common and the least malignant. It accounts for about 85% of thyroid cancers and can occur at any age, most often in children or in young (pre-40) women. In this study, preoperative and postoperative immunity analysis was conducted for patients undergoing papillary thyroid carcinoma resection, so as to conduct immunity examination, improve postoperative immunity enhancement methods, and improve the survival time and quality of life of patients.
