Objectives of Study：

To clarify the accuracy and cost-effectiveness of thermostatic CRISPR technology in the diagnosis of syphilis through saliva, and formulate the technical standards.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.2周内使用抗生素者；
2.1周内使用抑菌性漱口水者；
3.采集唾液失败者；
4.研究者认为不适合入组的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Antibiotics were used within 2 weeks;
2. Use antibacterial mouthwash within one week;
3. Fail to collect saliva sample;
4. Considered unsuitable by the researchers.
