研究目的：

在常规药物治疗的基础上对针灸治疗多囊卵巢综合症的临床疗效和安全性进行评价

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the add-on effects of electroacupuncture to conventional drugs for women with PCOS

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）过敏体质或对多种药物过敏者；
（2）由于其它原因引起的高雄激素血症，如：高泌乳素血症和甲状腺疾病、先天性肾上腺皮质增生、库欣综合征、雄激素分泌性肿瘤、21-羟化酶缺乏性非典型肾上腺皮质增生、外源性雄激素应用等；
（3）B超检查提示为子宫内膜异常病变，或子宫畸形、子宫肌瘤及附件包块；
（4）合并生殖道畸形，先天性性腺发育不全，输卵管不通等器质性疾病者；
（5）合并有心脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发性疾病及其它内分泌紊乱疾患，精神病患者；
（6）六周内有流产史；
（7）三个月内使用过激素或治疗多囊卵巢综合征的药物，包括中药；
（8）正在参加其它临床试验者。
注：凡符合上述任何一条的受试者，即应予以排除。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Allergic constitution or allergic to various kinds of medicine;
(2) hyperandrogenism due to other reasons, including hyperprolactinemia, thyroid disease, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, et al.;
(3) pathological endometrial changes, uterine malformation, hysteromyoma, et al. diagnosed by B ultrasound;
(4) genital tract malformation, gonadal dysgenesis, fallopian tube block et al.;
(5) severe heart, liver, or renal dysfunction as well as hematological, respiratory, cardiovascular, psychiatric or other metabolic diseases;
(6) within 6 weeks postabortion;
(7) use of hormonal or other medication including Chinese herbal prescriptions in the past 3 months;
(8) participation in other clinical trials at the same time.
