研究目的: |
胃癌在我国是发病率第二高的癌症。早期胃癌是指病灶局限且深度不超过黏膜下层的胃癌,无论有无淋巴结转移;其病理呈高级别上皮内瘤变或者腺癌。进展期胃癌,其5年存活率不到20%,其治疗效果差,费用高,给患者家庭和社会带来沉重的经济和心理负担;若早期检出,手术治疗后的5年生存率能超过90%。 胃镜检查是诊断胃癌及其他胃部疾病的主要手段,然而我国人口众多,医疗资源短缺,如何能快速培养合格的内窥镜医师成为一个重要问题。近年来,深度学习算法不断发展、日益成熟,已经逐步应用于医学领域。计算机视觉是一门研究如何使机器“看”的科学,通过深度学习,使得摄影机和计算机代替人眼对目标进行识别、跟踪和测量等机器视觉。基于此,本课题组构建了基于深度学习的人工智能辅助系统,可以实时辅助诊断胃镜检查中的病灶,并且监控胃镜检查的盲区,保证胃镜检查可以看全看对。实验组在人工智能辅助系统的辅助下进行无痛胃镜检查,人工智能辅助系统能够提示胃镜检查部位、肠镜是否达盲,并对胃镜检查时间、肠镜进境和退镜时间进行计时。麻醉医生可参考以上信息控制给药量与给药时间。 因此,本中心拟进行前瞻性试验,验证人工智能辅助系统麻醉医生的影响,比较有人工智能辅助系统和无人工智能辅助系统两种方式下麻醉的质量和患者满意度。 |

Objectives of Study: |
Gastric cancer is the second most common cancer in China. Early gastric cancer refers to gastric cancer with localized lesions and no more than submucosa, with or without lymph node metastasis.The pathology was high-grade intraepithelial neoplasia or adenocarcinoma.The 5-year survival rate of advanced gastric cancer is less than 20%. Its treatment effect is poor and the cost is high, which brings heavy economic and psychological burden to the families and society of patients.If detected early, the 5-year survival rate after surgery is more than 90%. Gastroscopy is the main method for the diagnosis of gastric cancer and other gastric diseases. However, with a large population and a shortage of medical resources in China, how to train qualified endoscopists quickly has become an important issue.In recent years, deep learning algorithms have been continuously developed and increasingly mature, and have been gradually applied in the field of medicine.Computer vision is a science that studies how to make machines "see". Through deep learning, camera and computer can replace human eyes to carry out machine vision such as target recognition, tracking and measurement.Based on this, this research group has built an artificial intelligence assistant system based on deep learning, which can assist in real-time diagnosis of lesions in gastroscopy and monitor the blind areas in gastroscopy to ensure that gastroscopy can be viewed correctly.In the experimental group, painless gastroscopy was performed with the assistance of the artificial intelligence assistance system. The artificial intelligence assistance system could indicate the site of gastroscopy and whether the colonoscopy was blind, and time of gastroscopy, colonoscopy entry and withdrawal time were timed.The anesthesiologists can refer to the above information to control the dosage and duration of administration. Therefore, our center intends to conduct a prospective trial to verify the influence of artificial intelligence assisted system on anesthesiologists, and compare the quality of anesthesia and patient satisfaction in patients undergoing endoscopy with or without artificial intelligence assisted system. |
