研究目的：

通过远程监控下八段锦运动对稳定期中重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者的临床症状、生活质量、活动能力及耐力、肺功能、呼吸肌功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

Observe the effects of home-based remote monitoring Baduanjin exercise exercise on patients with stable moderate and severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and observe the improvement of the degree of clinical symptoms, cardiopulmonary endurance, physical fitness level, quality of life, pulmonary function, respiratory muscle function, and etc.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）哮喘及其他非慢性阻塞性肺疾病所致的气道受阻；
（2）充血性心力衰竭，心功能NYHA分级Ⅲ级或以上；
（3）静息心率>100次/分；
（4）FEV1＞80%预计值；FEV1＜25%预计值
（5）未控制的慢性疾病，如未控制的高血压(静息血压≧160/100mmHg)；未控制的糖尿病(随机血糖>16.7 mmol/l、糖化血红蛋白>7.0 %)；
（6）肿瘤晚期或重症疾病晚期；
（7）入组前6个月内患有不稳定性缺血性心脏病、左心衰竭和心肌梗塞尚不能稳定控制；在过去3个月内，具有急性冠脉综合征或接受或经皮冠状动脉介入疗法或冠状动脉旁路移植术的受试者；
（8）缺乏基本运动能力的关节、外周血管及神经病变；
（9）精神认知障碍；
（10）依从性差者，难以配合评估、治疗及训练；
(11)正在哺乳或妊娠或者计划在研究期间妊娠的女性，或者有生育能力但未能采用有效避孕方法的女性；
(12)在入组前4周内参加过肺康复项目，或者本研究期间计划参加其他肺康复项目；
(13)合并严重肝肾疾病（严重肝脏疾病是指肝硬化、门脉高压和静脉曲张的出血，严重肾脏疾病包括透析、肾移植）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Airway obstruction caused by asthma or other non-chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases;
(2) Congestive heart failure, heart function NYHA grade III or above;
(3) Resting heart rate > 100 beats/min;
(4) FEV1 > 80% predicted value; FEV1 < 25% predicted value
(5) Uncontrolled chronic diseases, such as uncontrolled hypertension (resting blood pressure >= 160/100mmHg); uncontrolled diabetes (random blood glucose > 16.7 mmol/l, glycosylated hemoglobin > 7.0%);
(6) Late-stage tumor or severe disease;
(7) Patients with unstable ischemic heart disease, left heart failure, and myocardial infarction within 6 months before enrollment can not be stably controlled; within the past 3 months, patients with acute coronary syndrome or receiving or percutaneous coronary intervention therapy or coronary artery bypass graft surgery;
(8) Joints, peripheral blood vessels and neuropathy that lack of basic exercise ability;
(9) Mental cognitive impairment;
(10) Those with poor compliance that can hardly cooperate with assessment, treatment and training;
(11) Women who are breastfeeding or pregnant, or plan to become pregnant during the study period, or women who are fertile but fail to use effective contraceptive methods;
(12) Subjects participate in a pulmonary rehabilitation program within 4 weeks before enrollment, or plan to participate in other pulmonary rehabilitation programs during the study period;
(13) Subjects combined with severe liver and kidney disease (severe liver disease refers to cirrhosis, portal hypertension and bleeding from varicose veins, severe kidney disease includes dialysis, kidney transplantation).
