通过一项前瞻性临床随机对照试验，研究早卵泡期添加小剂量hCG对使用安琪坦联合HMG方案促排卵的多囊卵巢综合症患者临床结局的影响，以期优化促排卵治疗方案  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the clinical outcome of adding low-dose hCG in early-follicular phase in women with PCOS undergoing controlled ovarian stimulation using Utrogestan andHMG protocol through a prospective, randomized, controlled trial.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

合并全身系统性疾病患者，严重子宫内膜异位症或其它不能耐受促排卵的疾病患者，既往卵巢低反应者。

Exclusion criteria：

clinically significant systemic disease such as renal failure, endometrosis grade 3 or higher, any contraindications to ovarian stimulation treatment anddocumented poor ovarian response.
