采用人同胞卵前瞻性随机研究比较不同的脱颗粒时间对于人类胚胎体外发育能力和体内着床潜能的影响，以寻求最佳胚胎培养模式.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.可能影响妊娠的疾病：比如，输卵管积水，子宫畸形，高泌乳素血症或其他内分泌疾病；
2. 接受早期补救ICSI治疗的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.The factors, which may affect pregnancy rate such as hydrosalpinx, uterus malformation, hyperprolactinemia or other endocrine diseases;
2. Patients who had received early rescue ICSI were excluded from the enrolment
