研究目的：

通过临床随机对照试验，发现口服山楂消脂胶囊能够降低NAFLD患者的BMI，并改善NAFLD的糖脂代谢、胰岛素敏感性、临床生化指标。并对其机制进行初步探讨。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate if resveratrol can reduce the NAFLD patients' BMI, improves the patients' glucose and lipid metabolism, insulin sensitivity and biochemistry index. And primary discussion the mechanism.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①凡是有过量饮酒或肝炎病毒感染者或非本地常住居民。②近半年内服用过任何明确影响血脂、血糖代谢的药物。③患有胃肠道疾病、各种严重的慢性疾病或肝肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤的患者。④研究前一个月内曾患有急慢性感染性疾病、外伤或手术。⑤依从性差的患者（即不能保证完成6个月的治疗和复诊）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Excessive drinking, Hepatitis virus infector or not Usual residents;
2. Undertake any medicine that influence glucose and lipid metabolism last 6 months;
3. Suffer from gastrointestinal disease, severe chronic disease and liver or kidney disfunctions, malignant tumors;
4. Suffer from any acute or chronic infectious diseases or injury, or receive any surgery;
5. incompliance.
